The VendorProof dashboard provides an all encompassing view of your healthcare organization's compliance performance. Here we categorize your exclusion monitoring alerts into three colors: Red, Yellow and Green. We only display Red and Yellow outstanding alerts on your VendorProof dashboard as green represents potential matches that we determined are not a match to your vendor.
- Red represents alerts with the highest urgency including:
- Matched Exclusions
- Suspected Match Exclusions
- Deactivated, Invalid or Not Found NPIs
- Matched social security numbers to the SSDMF
- Vendor found on OFAC
- Vendor found on FDA Debarment list
- Vendor found on DOJ Cases Against Doctors
- Vendor found on CMS's Preclusion List
- Yellow alerts represents alerts with slightly lower urgency, including
- "Unable to Determine" exclusion meaning we found an exclusion record who's name matches your vendor but we cannot determine with 100% certainty that your vendor is excluded or not. Exclusion statuses that fall under yellow include:
- Suspected Match
- Insufficient/inaccurate client data
- Unable to determine
- Suspected no match
- Vendors found on the Medicare Opt-Out list
- "Unable to Determine" exclusion meaning we found an exclusion record who's name matches your vendor but we cannot determine with 100% certainty that your vendor is excluded or not. Exclusion statuses that fall under yellow include:
- Green (visible within a Vendor Record) means a vendor has a name similar to the monitoring source data that verification was able to rule as not a match. These do not appear on the dashboard.
