Which Exclusion Sources Do You Monitor?

VendorProof performs ongoing exclusion monitoring each month on current vendors uploaded in the VendorProof system. ProviderTrust monitor sboth federal OIG LEIE and GSA (now Sam.gov) exclusion and debarment monitoring as well as available state Medicaid Exclusion lists monitoring.

Since each state updates its list at different intervals, VendorProof searches throughout the month for any additions or changes reported by an exclusion data set.

Below are the following exclusion databases that vendors that have been uploaded into VendorProof are searched against each month:

OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE)

SAM (SAM.gov) includes the GSA- Excluded Parties List System (EPLS)

All Available State Exclusion lists  (Currently 42 States have Exclusion Lists).
