Summary
This article explains VendorProof’s automated email notifications. Every Monday, users receive a summary of vendor monitoring activity, including vendor counts, alerts, and recent changes. Additional notifications cover new monitor alerts (sent to designated contacts) and file import results (successful, partial, or failed). All emails are sent from no-reply@providertrust.com, and updates to contacts must be requested via support@providertrust.com.
Weekly VendorProof Summary
All users will receive a weekly summary each Monday that outlines the performance in VendorProof. This email outlines the total number of vendors in monitoring, red and yellow monitoring alerts, Missing and Invalid TINs, and the total number of added and removed vendors over the last week.
This email message is automatically generated around 6:30am CST and sent from the following email address: no-reply@providertrust.com.
Please Note:
All VendorProof users will receive a Weekly Vendor Monitoring Summary. Users cannot unsubscribe from this email.
This email outlines the following stats:
Total Vendors: Total vendors in monitoring in your organization
Total Monitoring: This number will match your total vendors*
Missing TIN: Highlights the number vendor records without a TIN/SSN. Whenever possible, try to include this information on your vendor data import.
Invalid TIN: This feature is not currently available in VendorProof and will always be 0.
Added Vendors: Any new vendors added in the past week
Removed Vendors: Any vendors terminated in the past week.
The Red and Yellow alert count represents the total number of vendors with red or yellow monitor alerts. When you login, you may see a higher number of alerts as that represents a count reflecting each individual alert and their corresponding Progress Status as a vendor may have multiple monitor alerts.
*This number may be lower than your total number of vendors if any of your vendor records have been grouped together. If you have any questions on vendor grouping, please reach out to help@vendorproof.com
Monitor Alert Emails
Your organization will designate specific users to receive notification of new monitor alerts.
Please keep your monitor alert contacts up-to-date! If your list of monitor alert contacts needs to be updated, please contact support@providertrust.com.

2. "Import Successful But Needs Attention" - this notification means that some rows were skipped, either due to duplicate records, TIN/SSN containing non-numeric characters, or vendors found sharing the same TIN or Vendor Number.
