Summary:
When you log in to VendorProof, the dashboard displays a summary of your monitored vendors and alert outcomes. It includes at least two sections: Data Summary (showing total vendors, grouped vendors, and missing/invalid information) and Monitoring Overview (alerts by color and progress). Red alerts mean confirmed exclusions, while Yellow alerts indicate Medicare Opt-Out or “Unable to Determine” matches needing more investigation. Grouping vendors helps reduce costs and false alerts. A short video explains dashboard details.

Upon logging into VendorProof, you will access your organization's dashboard, which provides a comprehensive overview of your currently monitored vendors and alert outcomes within the VendorProof platform.
The dashboard is structured into two to four sections, depending on the services contracted within the VendorProof application.
All users will have access to the following two sections on their dashboard:
- Data Summary: This section offers an overview of the total number of vendors under monitoring as well as the number of grouped vendors. Grouping is a feature that links duplicate vendors within the data file, thereby reducing monitoring costs and minimizing alert occurrences. Additionally, this section highlights four categories of missing or invalid information.
- Monitoring Overview: This section provides a breakdown of alerts by Alert Color and Progress Status. A red alert indicates a confirmed match. A yellow alert signifies either an Opt-Out alert or an Unable to Determine alert. Unable to Determine alerts indicate a potential match with a vendor name similar to yours, but insufficient information exists to confirm or deny the match definitively. Red alerts are typically easier to adjudicate, whereas yellow alerts with insufficient data require further investigation.
Below is a brief video explaining the details of your dashboard.
