We are excited to introduce our new VendorProof subscription model. Vendors now have a single VendorProof annual subscription that’s no longer tied to individual clients. Here’s how we’re making it easier for both you and vendors.
What’s Changing?

Single Subscription Model:
- Previously, vendors had to enroll in separate VendorProof subscriptions for each client they worked with.
- Now, with the new single subscription model, vendors only need one annual subscription, regardless of how many clients they work with.

Simplified Pricing:
- Vendors will pay a single, subscription fee of $55 annually, this change reduces complexity and costs for vendors, benefiting your vendor relationships.

Updated Termination Process:
- Under the previous model, vendor termination depended on both the end date specified by the client and the vendor’s subscription expiration date.
- Now, with the new client-agnostic structure, vendors will be terminated from your vendor population based solely on the end date you specify - making the process quicker and easier to manage.
