Flexible VendorProof Subscription Fee Options Customized to Your Requirements
We recognize the significance of flexibility. Therefore, we provide two types of exceptions for subscription fees to better accommodate your business and vendor relationships:
- Annual Spend Exception: The annual spend refers to the total amount paid to any given vendor over an 18-month period. During implementation, you will establish an annual spend threshold. Vendors whose spend falls below this threshold will be exempt from the annual subscription fee, facilitating easier management of low-volume vendors without incurring additional costs.
- Client Exceptions: If necessary, you may waive the subscription fee for specific vendors at your discretion. Please note that the number of client exceptions granted may affect your contract.
How Does the Process Work?
- Designate Your Point of Contact
During implementation, you will assign a primary contact responsible for handling exception requests. - Vendor Requests an Exception:
Vendors will contact our support team to request a client exception. We will then communicate with your designated contact to verify whether the exception should be approved. - We Will Manage the Remaining Steps
Upon approval, we will update our system to enable the vendor to bypass the payment during their enrollment process.

Frequently Asked Question - If a vendor already has a VendorProof account with another client, are they required to pay the annual subscription fee again?
No. Under our updated single subscription model, vendors are required to pay the annual subscription fee only once, regardless of the number of clients they serve. However, if one client grants an exception and another does not, the vendor will still be obligated to pay for a VendorProof subscription.
